SUFFOLK HORSE (PUNCH)
The Suffolk Horse is the oldest English breed of working horse. Interestingly the bloodline and breed of the Suffolk horse were established at Dickleburgh hall, which is adjacent to our Dickleburgh Moor site, Norfolk

RED POLL CATTLE
The Red Poll Cow is one of the traditional native British dual purpose breeds. This cow is the traditional breed of the region having been formed by crossing the Suffolk Dun cow with the Norfolk Red cow.

NORFOLK HORN SHEEP
The Norfolk Horn is one of the oldest breeds of sheep in Britain. The is the regional breed that is usually associated to the lighter soils of the Brecks.

Red Poll CattleOur Red Poll Cattle live on the meadows of Dickleburgh Moor all year round. Their droppings provide insects for both wintering and breeding birds such as the lapwing and there footprints provide new habitats for plants and wetland insects.

Norfolk Horn SheepNorfolk Horn Sheep are based at Dickleburgh Moor they graze out drier fields providing grass of different heights that encourages nesting birds such as oyster catchers.
